Advantages of the Australian education system

Australia has a great deal going on, especially in the Educational side of it all. It offers international students access to over 12,000 internationally recognised courses, and the tuition fees aren’t nearly as daunting or extravagant as the other western nations. To top it off, the living costs are much more favourable when compared to the UK or USA. Australia holds the third largest number of international students for an English-speaking country, and is growing rapidly.
The cities that the students will live and study in are all multicultural, and accepting different cultures is what really sets Australia apart from all the rest.

Australia has residents/students from over 200 different countries at any one moment, and it’s easy to see why. Aside from the great cities, there is a fantastic lifestyle to be found, and the laidback attitude of even the busiest people makes everyone feel welcome. It’s safe, with one of the lowest crime rates for such a busy country and is so diverse. One minute you’re in Darwin city, take an hours’ drive and you’re out in the wilderness. The opportunities and experiences are endless.

If it’s a scholarship you’re after, the Endeavour Scholarships are the one to keep an eye on. They are internationally competitive and merit based, providing opportunities for Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Europe and the Americas to undertake study, research and professional development in Australia.

SACE Whitsundays:

ENGLISH & DIVING PROGRAMME
Students attending the Whitsundays College of English are continually thrilled by the experience of Scuba Diving on the Great Barrier Reef. Tomoko, a Japanese student, recently completed her English & Diving Course (4 weeks of General English followed by an Open Water Dive Course).

Tomoko said “I enjoyed everything that happened at the school and the diving course. I especially enjoyed scuba diving as I could see the beautiful sea and many fishes. The Diving Instructors were very kind and friendly. I respect them and I learned a lot about marine life.”

SACE Whitsundays:
The lovely tropical rain falling in the Whitsunday region has brought the many waterfalls to life in surrounding National Parks. Our students particularly enjoy visiting Cedar Creek Falls for picnics and swimming.
